New Camera

Hi All,

Things have been pretty quiet around here. Susie has been busy with her student teachers she is supervising and the classes she is teaching, and Rach has been working on the novel and trying to keep up with her last class.

We did have a little bit of fun over the weekend. On Friday night we went to the last SUNY Fredonia hockey game of the regular season. The games are so much fun (and free), so we are really going to miss them. The team lost, but they still made it to the playoffs and will have their first post-season game tonight in Buffalo. *The Fredonia team ended up winning the SUNYAC Conference even though they were ranked 6th. Then they lost in the first round of the national tournament.*

On Saturday afternoon we drove up to Buffalo so Susie could get some new knitting supplies and we could spend our tax refund on a new digital camera. We went to three different stores before finally settling on the new Olympus Stylus 730. It's very small and takes pictures and video with sound. We've only had it for a few says but so far we are pretty happy with it.
We haven't got to use it very much yet, but if we make it out to the slopes this week we'll bring back some pictures and hopefully some video to share.
