John Deere Commons
On our way from Marcy and Ken's wedding in Iowa to Illinois we stopped at the John Deere Commons because we were looking forward to lunch at a Johnny's Italian Steak House, but Jackson was pleasantly surprised to find a showroom full of tractors right next to the restaurant.

He had been hooting at the semi-trucks as we passed them on the interstate, but when he saw those huge combines, he went crazy. He wanted to climb on everything there, and when he got in the cab, he grabbed the steering wheel and said "vroom!"

He finally found one more his size and took to it like it was his job. We think he may have seen his future flash before his eyes. At the very least, his mommies had visions of sitting on the front porch, cold drinks in hand, watching Jackson mow the law.

That's our boy!
