Will's Visit

After the ski trip Shane, Michelle, and Brandy headed home, but since Will is on sabbatical this semester he stayed on for another week to hang out. He was a big help with Jackson, which allowed both of us to catch up on the work we missed during the ski trip.

The boys get along very well, and as you can see Will quickly learned that the side bar position is the best way to keep Jackson content. Once he had this move down, we felt secure leaving them together for a much needed mommies' night out. We had a terrible meal at a very tacky restaurant, but that was beside the point. It was the first time we had been able to go out in Fredonia without a baby along. We also made use of the extra adult to get one more ski trip in. We rotated one adult in the lodge with Jackson while the other two skied. It was so nice to be able to get out a little bit.

Another reason we love having Will around is that he get such cute clothes for Jackson. Imagine that, Will buying stylish clothes. Check out the super stylish snow mountain shirt. Jackson clearly appreciates the cool duds. Click on the picture to hear him cooing.

On this trip we also found out that Will is a bit of a poker shark. He and Rach cleaned up at the game we've got going with some friends here in Fredonia. We also played a lot of Wii, which Will brought along with him courtesy of Shane and Michelle. Needless to say we were all very sad to see him go home, but we are looking forward to seeing him again soon.
