Jackson at Six Months
Can you believe that Jackson is six months old already? We are a little sad and keep muttering all those cliches about him "growing up so fast," but we are also really enjoying all the fun of this stage.
Jackson is very happy and all together good natured. He loves just about any activity that has him moving around. He is really enjoying the nice weather combined with the fact that he is now big enough to sit up in his stroller without his baby seat. We spent a lot of time outside walking him around.

He is also getting much more coordinated. He will grab any thing he can reach. Toys, hair, glasses, jewelry, and hats are all fair game, and once he has something he doesn't let go. He will take anything he can find and make it his own.
He is also getting a lot stronger, and while he show no interest in being on his stomach long enough to learn to crawl, he does push up with his legs anytime you hold his steady so he can "stand up." He has all the strength he needs to hold himself up; he's is just working on balance.
We know we are biased, but we think he is just the best baby ever!
