Easter Trip (Part 2)
There are pictures somewhere of him with bunny ears on. We'll have to see if we can get those on the computer to share with you.
We headed off to church, and Jackson did us a big favor by behaving really well. He didn't make a peep until after communion, and let's be honest, everyone is getting a little antsy by that point.
After church we headed back to Pawpaw and Grandma Spangler's house for our Easter dinner. GGma Rosie and GGpa Larry were there. Here is GG with Jackson's "great aunt" Foxy.
The mommies had a moment of shear panic when we thought that the grandparents had bought Jackson a real bunny, but thankfully that was just an elaborate ruse to make us get a few extra gray hairs. As it was Jackson got three Easter baskets and a very realistic looking stuffed bunny.
When everything settled down, we had our second stellar Easter dinner with a spiral ham and all the trimmings. We were thoroughly stuffed and spent the rest of the afternoon lounging around, except for Jackson, who got in some good playing time with Uncle Danny. Jack is pretty enamored with his godfather.
It was another nice holiday filled with family and food not a bad way to spend Jackson's first Easter!
