Jackson at 11 months

Once again we are giving Jackson's 11 month update at 11 1/2 months, but better late than never, right?

Well, what can we say about the boy now? He's still into everything, sometimes quite literally. He currently enjoys climbing into his box of wooden blocks.

His eyes are only getting bluer. We think it's pretty safe to say they aren't going to change. We've got ourselves a blue-eyed boy.

The weather is turning colder, so he's having to adjust to wearing his hat. He's not fond of having anything on his head, so we had to get him one that ties. He wasn't happy about that at first, but now he puts up with it.

He loves being outside and now enjoys the playground as more than a colorful thing to look at. He swings, he slides, and he crawls through the tunnels like it's his job.

Finally, he's trying so hard to walk. He can stand up without holding on to anything, and he'll even try to take a step before falling. Mostly, though, he likes to get behind his walk-behind toy and take off. When he gets going, he'll keep going until he crashes into something. Lord help us all when this kid learns to run.

Most importantly, Jackson continues to be a happy, healthy, sweet baby, and we are truly blessed to have him in our lives.
