Spring Break in the Ville

After our spin through eastern Iowa we drove down to Carlinville to spend some time with our families.

We did the usual play time with the grandparents. It was a very laid back visit with not a whole lot to report. Jackson spent most of the trip luxuriating in all the attention that he gets from them. Well, that and showing off all his super-hero good looks.

We also got a chance to go to Loveless Park, where Jackson got to take his first steps onto a baseball field. This was a big first step into other baseball firsts, but you'll get more on that soon.
