North Carolina Part 3 - Mother's Day
Sunday Morning we all headed down to Greenville (aka G-Vegas) where Big Papi Will was slaving over a hot stove all day to create a Mother's Day feast fit for Southern royalty.
Will hosted a full Mother's Day party in our honor and put out a spread of fried chicken, ham, mac and cheese, carrots, and multiple cakes and a cobbler. Jackson showed his appreciation for all the help celebrating his mamas by giving Ba-Pa a big kiss.
After lunch NeeNee broke out her Kindle E Reader and wowed the admittedly geeky group of people who had come for lunch. It was funny to watch the technophiles drool over the electronic hardware.
Jackson was less impressed with the Kindle and stuck close to Aunt Tawh. I think he could sense she was leaving soon and didn't want to let go just yet.
He did however get pretty excited when Will let the dogs come downstairs. He and Max quickly became best friends when Max realized that following Jackson greatly increased his chances of getting food handed to him.
The two of them continued to hang out even after everyone said their good nights. How cute is this pair?
